We consider ourselves to be more than produce farmers, we are also soil farmers – that means using organic compost, cover crops, and deliberate crop rotation in order to replenish and build our soils every season.
Our farm’s rich, fertile soils allow us to grow a diverse mix of vegetables, fruit, and herbs. We carefully select heirloom varieties and organic seed as much as possible. As stewards of this land, we’re committed to preserving our regional agricultural heritage and growing heirloom produce – a commitment to taste over shelf life. We believe in preserving flavors and varieties that are in danger of being lost in modern agriculture.
